Yes and I love it! When I actually remember to moisturise I find the me t days workout is so much sticker! But other lotions I don’t find helped as much. I find a little goes a long way and it dries quick, not too sticky either!

Don’t know if its true but I was told that any moisturising lotion with glycerin in makes your skin slightly grippy. I use a supermarket’s own lotion with glycerin in every night on my legs as I have dry skin and I never have any problems gripping with them the next morning

Thanks for all the input ladies, I didn't now that Glycerine can help with gripping! I have been having trouble with dry skin since I try to get better grip with Xpole, so skipped all lotions but still slipped. When I had my LM I did better, even when I wasn't very warm. I also know that I am not strong enough-yet(just got back to pole after 2-3 years of no pole) I think I really will switch out for the purple pole.

Prior to pole getting as popular as it is now one of the best lotions out there was Corn Huskers.  Even is basically just glycerin and water.  While I give kudos to the people from Pole Physics, there is no way I would spend $25 for lotion.

I have the pole physics lotion and i love. Cold winters here make for super dry skin and being bale to moisturize without losing grip is awesome. I also really love the smell of the lotion so that is a major plus. But Thanks for the breakdown of the ingredients Chem, It's always nice to know why it works and that there are cheaper versions out there.
