What does the whole Bendy Buddies involve? Obviously I know its stretching etc but how does everyone work together?

We usualy warm up alone then open our webcam and one of you show you what move to do (i will do this for a few weeks). But the thing is you can help each other and add new way to stretch. It’s mostly a time in the week where you get the motivation from other who will do split before you if you don’t do it every weeks https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif

Tuesday sounds great, also too lazy to stretch on my own. Just found a gym that includes pole as it’s nrmal classes…I have a pole at home but no motivation to use it currently…pole at the gym 3x per week and stretch on Tuesday would be purrrrfect!

Can somebody please give me the "bendy buddies for dummies" explanation of what it actually is? I’m probably missing something super obvious (!!) but I can’t find a description anywhere. Do you convene in chat and it’s a text based thing or is it like a video webcast, with someone leading everyone else?
I’ve been stretching on my own but, I must admit, it’s the first thing to get cut if I’m running short of time/lazy and a little extra motivation couldn’t hurt https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

Hey Moth,
Basically, we all get together in chat (most of us with webcams on but it’s not essential) and the wonderful Mistress Tigger (new official title) leads us through a series of stretches. There’s a great deal of giggling, lots of silliness and some fantastic stretching.
I don’t know how much longer we’ll be having Tigger to lead us, but I’m going to be taking notes this week and dusting off my mistress outfit ready to take over when the time comes. So, if you want to have a nice, organised start, this week would be a good start.
We only started this last week, so most of us are new to the Bendy Buddies format, but I know I’ve benefited so much in terms of increased enthusiasm for streching (I haven’t missed a day since we started!!) and also in terms of increased flexibility really quickly.
