Day 22 done. Sometimes I have the best workouts when I just go do it even though I don’t really feel like it. Integrity pays. 🙂 woop woop.

ok, this is getting a bit silly for me, DAY 3 DONE! Having signed up to do this back in early September, it’s more like the 90-Day 30-Day take off, lol. I am training Mon-Fri and rehearsing for my comp, then on Sats I get addicted to my new foam roller, so finding it hard to fit it in… but I loved Day 3 sooo much, I’m sticking to it even if takes me until Xmas!

Day 8 of the take off and abs challenge done, yay! Question for everyone though – how do you count your twists on the abs challenge? Is a touch with an arm one count or is a touch with both arms one count because that’s each side completed? So imagine you’re twisting and your arm touches the pole, then you twist and your other arm touches the pole etc etc do you count 1,2,3,4, or do you count 1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,…..

Day 24 done! Can’t believe I’m almost done. Going to use these as a guide for setting up my own daily workouts because now that I’m in the habit I want to keep it up. Just need to find the right balance of cardio, conditioning, pole work and flexibility.

(Naw, I think it’s day 22) 😀 -
Day 8 done:)
Those pole shoulder presses were tough….thought my head was gonna pop -
Day 22! This was the first time I used my webcam to see what I looked like, and the best description of my booty scoot is Silent Hill. Now if only I had a nurse costume.

Lol. Booty scoot is such a cute name. It has a far ruder name as well, heh heh.
I agree, shoulder presses are KILLAH.
So effective though.
