Damn it, had to take a break for a few days so I’ve got some catching up to do! Gonna catch up the 4 days over the next 2 days and get back on track. Looks like everyone’s doing well though.

Dang I’m slackin ! Having to make substitutions since I don’t have a pole right now. And after not working out for a month my body is confused and loving this;) going to day 3 today and possibly 4 tonight .. I’m accepting the fact that I have to slow down. Thanks for the oooooommmmmppppppffffff ladies, im needing the motivation!!

Day 5 take off and abs done, fitted some of it into pole jam and did the rest when I got home. Let myself off the rows because went a bit crazy doing gemini handstands at the studio.

Didn’t get my Veena workout today. Been busy this weekend, working and still trying to spend time with hubby too. I’ll try to do day 10 tomorrow. Have a good week everyone.

Hi americandream. We’re all doing Veena’s 30 day take off program (and a couple are doing the ab challenge too I think). You need to have access to her lessons here on the site first before you can participate. It’s a great way to progressively build up strength of you’re a new poler, and a fun way to go back to basics of you’re a more advanced poler or have been away from the pole for awhile or just want some guidance in your exercise routine.
I can’t remember what the code is but you can even get the lessons for free for 3 days to see what you think. 🙂 -
Day 6 take off done.
Will do abs at end of day when I do evening stretches. -
Day 10 done. Adding some extra foam rolling for the legs just because it hurts so good!
