    americandream6620, you do need access to the lessons for the 30 day take off Program. This is a program to get dancers started again, either because they are new to pole or have been off the pole for a while.

    So wait what day are we on? I’m starting late but I’m going to catch up. My motivation for everything has been complete crap and even if I don’t get stronger at least I can say I completed something.

    Quite a few people are at the end of first week, some on week 2 and a few middle of first week 🙂

    Yay! Day 6 down.
    Man, do I feel strong! Plus, I finally have had a breakthrough in that pesky lateral epicondylitis that was slowing me down. You see, I had gone on a crochet binge a couple months ago, coincidently around the same time I took up poling. I did a little Myofascial stretch on my elbow and “pop”, then instant freedom. That’s what it’s like when an adhesion breaks loose, my friends. 🙂

    Day 3 and middle splits done last night. Day 4 today and I’m glad I’m not as far behind as I thought. I’m trying to simultaneously work on flexibility so doubling up on program days just isn’t feasible or smart but I’m still in it!

    Day 4 and back flexibility when I get home tonight; keep pushing everyone!

    Woohoo, day 4 done. I’m catching up! I think I’ll just do a day each day from now on. I know it’s not quite at day 7 where I should be tomorrow but it’s not far off. Maybe the next rest day I’ll skip and do the next day so that I do actually catch up to where I should be soon!

    Today is a rest day for (day4 & 6 are on my list for today) really the past month and half have been rest days! But I’m trying to incorporate some different exercise into my schedule, last night i rode my bike and did a back and shoulders yoga session, which ended with a meditation that zonked me out. Give my inactivity for too long and the first sight of a workout and I’m exhausted haha!!! Just taking the 30 day program as a guide to a new way of letting my body decide what is next. I will say I’m starting to miss my pole!!! If i can not incorporate strength training and conditioning into my life i won’t allow a new pole in my home… giving myself ultimatums!! Glad everyone is plugging along and loving it;)

    Ok I had soo much catching up to do. I’m on day 6 today so glad day 7 is rejuvenation day. Loving it! Definitely implementaing these moves and exercises into my classes. Have a great day all!

    I am taking rest day today.
    Had fab 1:1 today and got brass monkey from CAR and from shoulder mount!
    Will do abs as usual but day 7 is upper body stuff and I’ve trained 5 days straight: I have to take 48 hours out to let my shoulders biceps and forearms recover. I will switch things about a bit, and do upper body stuff on Friday instead, lower bod and core plus stretching is all good.

    I’m doing both the 30 day abs and 30 day take-off. Today is day 8 and I can feel the difference in my abs and my strength. I really need this after taking a 4 month off pole. Thanks, Veena!
