Woo week 1 complete! So glad it’s a rest day today on the abs. I have to say I am noticing a little bit of a difference too. Have a great day everyone.

I’m a newbie. I’m on day 10 of 30 day TO and day 2 of abs. Thanks to this thread I now know about the ab challenge. Yay!!

Had work and school yesterday so days 5 & 6 today. So far behind but not giving up, I don’t care if I’m on day 15 while everyone else is on day 30 lol (I don’t plan to get that far behind, just saying)

Excellent work people! I am a bit behind, going to do a mash up of day 7 and 9 tonight :). Did my abs and got sidetracked into a freestyle this morning….

Way to go everyone! I missed yesterday due to working 2 jobs and going out to dinner to celebrate hubby’s promotion, but I did Day 12 today and I feel great. I did so much better with the hard core warm up this time through, and added some twisted grip hangman attempts at the end. My shoulders feel so strong, I was sooo close to being able to get my feet of the ground I could taste it.

Polekat, I fell off the bandwagon. Life got busy. I’ll try starting (again) with you next week. Hopefully I can keep up with it this time.

Did day 14 today. I’m feeling so great, didn’t even feel like I needed a rest day.
I used to honestly believe that there was no way I could workout everyday. But this program has helped me see that I CAN make the time to do something. It took 18 days to do 14 workouts but I think that’s reasonable. After the 30 days are done I hope to continue on making time for a daily workout. Even if it’s just 30 min. In less than 3 weeks I am feeling noticeably stronger and feeling less sore than I used to after working out.
Thank you Veena! -
Thank you Dustbunny! That’s was one of my goals with the 30 days. My hope is everyone can see workouts can be effective and fast even daily as long as you plan right! You also don’t have to workout to the point of being terribly sore for days. ðŸ‘
