Hello i have pole dancing for a few months..i can do intermediate Moves but i feel at a stand still. I get tired hot snd sweaty easily..there are no studio close to me. I wqnt to make sure i have proper form. I also want to know how should i do a sessions do i stretch first do i do conditioning when should i work on the pole and how for that time. I have the veena app.any help will be appreciated
