I m also currently working on my back flexibility and your stretches are great but when it comes to that ankle grab thing where you lie on your belly and push yourself up and back by grabbing your ankles how do you manage to do that? Everytime i try im just pushing myself up but it s impossible for me to push myself back just my legs… Do you have any advice?
