Baby Fonji Help
I’m not sure if Baby Fonji is the actual name, but I’ve been working on a move where you flip from flag grip to an inside leg hang. This move is often done after a fonji but can be done independently. Anyway, I have my fonji (down at least, I can’t flip it back to shouldermount yet), and wanted to work on this move to add on. I keep getting stuck though and can’t get my hips high enough/head low enough to make it work without a really awkward cradle like position in the middle. Does anyone have any tips?
