Well I finally moved to California, right in the redwoods (yay!) But the move has kept me from poling for almost three months (ugh!) Finally starting up again (if you could call it that… having some motivational problems)…back to my problem… I’ve found the last couple times I worked out whenever I point my toes (especially during inverted moves) my feet get all cramped up. I realize this is probably from my lack of dancing, but it is very annoying and it keeps me from getting a good workout. Is there anything I can do to help get my footsies back in shape again so that I can get the rest of me back in shape again?
Open to any advice, would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks!

I remember reading this quite some time ago. Instead of focusing on pointing your toes concentrate on pulling your heel to your calf (as if you were doing calf raises). This will give the illusion of pointing your toes without the toe curl issues.
