Thanks for all the suggestions 🙂 I think I'm gonna put down pole fitness & aerial arts and see how it goes!

Regardless of how you list it, if they are interested, they will ask further questions. I think it would give your application an interesting edge. As a previous poster wrote, it is plausible that they might give it a negative connotation when brought up in the show, but if you are proud of what you can do, then who cares!
FTR, I would probably list it as Pole Fitness.
