Battle of the Pole Dance Studios
I am going to be using this thread to update everyone on my progress.
I have a location but no date yet. I should have an answer by next tuesday, Im waiting on thier schedule. It will be held at the Ottobar in Baltimore, MD.

So far Pole2Pole Magazine has signed on to be a sponsor. Other sponsors im waiting for an answer. I think alot of them are waiting for me to come back with a date. P2P is giving a sweet package to the winners. Itac2 is sending me some goods as well.
If you are a studio owner in the DC,VA,MD area and would like to particpate/sponsor please let me know. I am now on the hunt for studios to compete.
I have found a recipent to the donation. Its a non profit organiztion based out of Towson, MD. The Red Devils is a breast cancer support group for not only women affected with breast cancer but thier families as well. I am working with them to find a possible Emcee for the evening.
If you have any suggestions or even questions, let me know. Sometimes I feel like im planning a wedding all over again! LOL

Further Update:
We now have a location and date. The event is to be held on October 17th at Mist in Baltimore, MD. Pole Pressure is signed up and I am currently awaiting other studios to give me thier green lights.
There might be some mention to it on Pole2Pole as they are giving me free press and a prize.

What a great idea!! DivaFit would have loved to participate, but it’s too close to USPDF Regional Comp (we’re hosting) and I don’t think we will have the time to dedicate to creating and practicing a routine https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif Good luck with your event!!

Thats totally understandable. I tried to email all the diva fit locations but I never got an answer back.

I did get the flyer–THANK YOU!–and posted it at the studio. I tried to email you back but once again the email was bounced back saying it was rejected. NO IDEA why that keeps happening. Very, very strange :-/ Anyway, I can’t wait to hear how the event goes. If I can make it to Baltimore to watch, I will!

Im just fully jumping into this on faith only! No one has bought tickets yet, but some of my friends said they were buying this week.
I also added an option on the site that if you cant attend but interested in helping the cause that theres a donation option too. That money is solely just for The Red Devils.
