This is actually something I've been trying to practice on my own, as well. I have a very negative view of myself, and I recognize that it needs to balance out before I can actually feel confident and happy with myself.
So, physical traits:
1. I love my boobies! They're pretty nice, and I… get a lot of complements on them 😛
2. I love my shoulders. Especially these days with so much exercise, like rock climbing, I'm seeing more definition… and generally I've never disliked them. They're strong and always have been!
3. I like my long legs. It always seems like people don't realize how long my legs really are- sometimes I don't, either.
4. I love my figure. It's taken me a long time to see that my figure is a nice one,and I'm still working on that… but I do like it. I'm proud of it.
For pole dancing:
1. I like my style. It's difficult to feel free and express myself when I know I've got a camera going… but when it's not there and I know it's just me, I like the way I dance.
2. My bendy back! I had no idea until recently how flexible my back is, and I continue to improve it! It's also mobile, so things like body waves are fairly easy for me.
3. My tenacity! I've had my setbacks, my issues, and some lengthy amounts of time without my pole… but I just keep coming back, and I keep trying. I'm not gonna give up! This goes for general dancing, and not giving up on a move, too!
Not an easy exercise for me… and I remember one like this floating around this forum a while ago! I think it's a good idea for all of us to remind ourselves that we have good, even great features and qualities. All we tend to do is look at the negative… but there is always positive, too.

I have 4…
1. What's
2. Not
3. To
4. Love!
I'm not vain or conceited, I swear, but I do finally know and understand what it means to love yourself inside and out! Thank you, POLE, for doing that for me, my husband and childhttps://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_heart1.gif

3.) I love my silky blonde hair.
For pole:
1.) My extended butterfly is beautiful
2.) My booty rolls/pops/shakes are asstastic

Three things about my physical appearance:
1) My bounteous boobage
2) I'm really well-proportioned
3) My legs
Three things about my pole dancing:
1) My musicality
2) My sensuality
3) My ability to dance in the moment.

1. I love my hips. I make an awesome hourglass in a formfitting dress and have been complimented many times about it.
2. I love my long hair! Just had a major color fail today with it, but it'll work itself out 🙂
3. I love my triceps. Funny sounding, i know, but my biceps don't get big, yet i can see my tri's and love it.
Pole:
I love that doing pole has taken this landbound uncoordinated klutz and turned her into a floating, graceful dancer.
I love my caterpillar and feel oh-so-sexy doing that move!
I love my fearlessness that allows me to try anything on the pole.
I will admit that i feel alot like Veena described. I am so inflexible and i know it makes many of my moves look blah. Im working on it, but it is going really slowly.

Wow good commercial. It’s so true we see ourselves so negatively and other people see the positive. We need to start looking at the positive 🙂
Myself
1) I love my long eyelashes
2) I love my strong legs
3) I learning to love my strong arms
Pole
1) I love my splits
2) I love the majority of lines I can make
3) I love that pole has come back into my life after 7 years when I never thought It was something I lost and would never get to experience again -
I love:
1. My hair.
2. My shoulders.
3. My calves.
In pole dance…I love:
1. Spins! I always like the way I can rock a basic fireman or back hook. Simple, but they feel so sexy.
2. I love all my hip holds!
3. I always like how I look in a bow and arrow
4. I love pole turns and just dancing around my pole 🙂

Wow! What a powerful video, tears came to my eyes (not even sure why exactly but it was very touching). Great idea Veena, it's so easy to get caught up in what we don't like about ourselves, our appearance, our ability etc… it's nice to focus on the positive for a change.
I love:
1. My butt in cheeky booty shorts, not bad for 40
2. My hair
3. My strong back
Pole related:
1. I love that I'm finally able to do the splits again (which I haven't been able to do since high school), and have been able to perform many other tricks that I NEVER dreamed I'd be able to do when I started.
2. I love that poling has made me stronger than all those years in the gym. I'm as strong as I've ever been, now when I go to the gym I find myself doing only strengthening and flexibility exercises that will help me in my poling lol. I'm up to 10 overhand pullups 🙂
3. I love that I have a whole new group of amazing friends that I wouldn't have met if not for poling!
4. Sorry had to add this one, I love that even though many of my friends and family know I pole, it's still pretty much my own little secret at work (I'm a physician). Honestly at this point if someone asked me what I do to stay in shape I'd tell them but it just doesn't come up. Doctors (some not all) can be pretty boring 🙂

I saw that too on Facebook and totally cried! This is hard for me too because I have hard time accepting compliments and can be super critical myself…but here we go!
Things about me:
1.) Love my eyes! They have a ring of yellow fire in the middle 😉
2.) I have long legs for my short height and so I love them for that
3.) I love my hips. Even though they might seem nonexistent to some, I like the way they look on me
Pole:
1.) I am pretty wicked strong
2.) I love the way I can dance sexy when I’m in the mood to do so
3.) I think I have pretty good musicality -
The fact that I can answer this thread with honesty and feel like I have more than 3 things to say is a testament to what pole has done for me. Before pole, I was very down on my physical self. Pole has shown me how awesome I am and what my potential has always been. So…
1. I love my curves. I’m 36-25-38 and lovin’ it!
2. My muscle definition is freaking awesome. I mean, my shoulders, arms, back, abs, legs, you name it, I have muscle definition there. (Thanks, pole!)
3. I love my luxurious curly hair. It is sensual, flippable, and makes me feel like a goddess.Pole related:
1. I love my freestyling ability. Pole is so much about self-expression for me, so I love that I can freestyle to any song that moves me and feel confident about it.
2. It simply amazes me that I’m to the point that I can aysha in every grip conceived. Forearm, elbow, split, twisted, & true. You name it, I got it. When I started that was so unfathomable.
3. Three years and a lot of painstaking progress later, I finally have a functional front split!!! 😀 -
1. I love my eyes
2. I love my butt
3. I love my birth mark that goes from my ankle to tge top of my butt on my right leg1. I love my strength.
2. I love my TG hangman. And my ability to hold different positions in it
3. I love my gripOverall love pole. The confidnce it has given me. The people I have meet and passion it has re opened for me. And proud of being 30 an starting down this new fitness path!
