1. I love my butt! Ever since I was about 15 and an older friend (who is one of the prettiest people I've ever met and I always really looked up to) told me that I have a great ass and don't forget it 🙂
2. I love my boobs, they're the perfect size and shape!
3. I love my blue eyes and long, dark lashes.
1. I love my backbends and anything else that allows me to showcase my bendy back!
2. I love how I can get a lot of tricks or combos on my first try
3. I love how proud I am of myself and what I can do! I'm not afraid to let anyone know – even at work (I'm a first year anesthesia resident)

I've actually come up with a few more since my first post and I figure it's not against the rules to add to my list!
Much like Ani above me, I'm psyched about the muscle definition in my upper back and shoulders.
I have really nice calves and should wear heels and show them off more often.
I love my tattoos!
And finally, I have a cute nose. :^)

I love my petite frame
I love the muscly curves of my legs
I love muscle definition in my back
I'm proud that I have a natural aptitude for pole and have reached he level I am now with relative ease
I love that through pole, where I used to be paranoid about getting too chunky if I did any weight training, I now embrace being naturally muscly as my best feature and appreciate that that's he reason for my pole achievements.
Im proud that I have stuck to a weekly exercise class, almost without fail, for 2 1/2 years

LOVE THIS THREAD!
1. I love my abs (only since pole!)
2. I love that for the first time I have shape in general – curvier calves, hips and boobs thanks to the pole muscle whereas before I was too boyish
3. I love the way my back looks now in backless tops!
this bit is harder. hmm.
1. I love that when i get scared at work or need a confidence boost in any particular situation, I just think to myself "can these people do a handspring?!" and it gives me the confidence I need to keep going!
2. I love that I have a hobby which is gives me so much joy and escape from lifes pressures. so many people don't have that.
3. I love that I have met so many amazing girls and guys in pole who are now genuinely good friends…. again, alot of people don't have that past school/university when its hard to make new friends.

I LOVE all the comments/posts.. (I was clicking like on all of them, but my hand got tired… so consider ALL of them like/LOVED by me )
As my own worst critic (I say things in my head to/about myself that I would never say to anyone) soooooo
1) I love my eyes, my eyelashes even without Latisse are long. With it.. people ask if they are real.
2) I love my boobs
3) I love my long legs
4) I love when my muscles are visibly defined (by pole)
this is harder. I have been doing pole off and on since April 07. And when people compliment me.. I still say "thank you, there are moves I should do better." totally downplaying the things I have learned from my amazing friends and teachers.
1) I love that I have the strength to do difficult moves and make them look easy
2) I love that my friends and family on the pole team help me with pep talks when I can't do something that they can do effortlessly. which encourages me to keep trying. Superman is my nemesis. I can do it sometimes.. The other day I did it twice in a row. Easily =]
3) I love that even on the days that I feel lazy.. it's still more then people who never try.
4)I love that I can do (as a loooooong hold. things that other people do as a spin or have trouble holding)
extra bonus.. I love popping out a move on street signs ;-} best one to date was in full motorcycle gear including the helmet and doing a chopper on a street sign };-}

Me-
1. I like my body type/ shape overall.
2. I love my hair.
3. I love my abs!
Pole-wise
1. I have very good posture and grace.
2. I love my optimism…I swear a good attitude can help you master a move so much easier than if you feel defeated.
3 I am ridiculously strong and focused.

Wow this is going to be a hard one for me because I’m so hard on myself and am so negative and nit picky on my dancing. But here it goes…
1.) I do love my eyes, they are a nice shape and an interesting blend of brown and green
2.) I love my boobs even though they get in the way sometimes!
3.) I love my booty, its getting tighter and higher by the day! Yay!And for pole…
1.) I love how dancing has made it possible for me to make balletic lines and poses.
2.) I love how I have developed much more musicality the past 2 years.
3.) Probably the biggest deal for me….I love how I have stopped comparing myself to every awesome video I watch, wishing I could move like someone else. My dance is my dance and if no one likes it, I frankly don’t give a crap any more!!!! 🙂
