Hey all. I'm starting to play with spinny mode more lately and I'm looking for ideas for combos. Preferably ones that don't involve inverts, because I'm not comfortable going upside down on spin mode yet (and I can only do the basic invert, chopper, and outside leg hang anyway).

I'll kick things off by including my one spinny combo, lol. I use it in my May 2012 Challenge video, I think around the 2 min mark.

Fireman Spin (One-Handed) –> Scissor Leg Basic Plank (One-Handed) –> CKR –> Unnamed Dismount (Can anyone help me out with that one? lol. I learned it at Body & Pole.)

    Thanks!

Oops. The spinny combo is at 1:25 in the video.

One of my favs is a chair to a back hook because you have to kind of twist your body around before the back hook. It's really pretty.

Front chair to reverse chair or reverse attitude.

I also like the opposite of Attitude to chair.

You can do a lot from the Hold Spin. I like to start in that position, then V my legs and then cross into a Fireman then climb.

Cradle to Thigh Hold/Jamilla is a nice, pretty strength move.

For a nice transition to floor, I like to hold an attitude and land in the splits.

    Thanks Saphyre!

Anyone else have any suggestions for non-inverting spin mode combos? =D

Pencil hold with straight legs then go into a basic plank then back up to a pole sit… I may have the terminology wrong but i may try and post a video in a few days.
Also, dirdy birdy on youtube has some pretty spin mode basic combos. Check her out

Just a few off the top of my head….

I like a forearm grip Carousel to an Attitude to a two-handed Rockstar.

Also, I like the Black Widow (reverse attitude?) to a Back Hook into a Side Climb and followed up by any number of moves (Hood Ornament, Teddy, Mercury, Superman, etc).
