Beginner pole routine (only poling twice a week)
I have my pole and finally with kids going back to school, I can get into a steady routine. I am only poling twice a week, though because I also do hooping, zumba, and kickbox other mornings and alternate a strength routine and yoga in the evenings. Plus, tae kwon do once a week.
I know that the 30 day start up includes strength and flexibility exercises but since I am doing other methods of strength and stretching and only poling twice a week, should I just use the beginner tutorials to learn moves/tricks? Anyone have suggestions on how to organize my workouts? I want a good workout while learning to put together routines. Thanks for any tips!
