Hello…I’m new and I’m very interested in starting lessons for beginners. Since I am a beginner is there any pre body conditioning I may need prior to starting pole lessons or is that something that will be taught in the classes…?

If you take lessons at a studio they'll most likely guide you along. If you are learning at home this site has conditioning lessons. Even if I was at a studio I'd still find these lessons valuable. I would also suggest to start stretching regularly so when you get into certain advanced moves you are ready for them.

Hi!  Welcome!  You don't need any prerequisite training so long as you start with conditiong and basics first.  The basics will condition  you – I promise.  Even the simplest lift up builds so much strength – body rolls tone, floor work builds strength and flexibility!
