Hi ewebet! I’ve got all sorts of no pole workouts, routines, individual lessons and a 30 day no pole program. Including a new floor routine and some new workouts and warm ups.

I feel kind of bad that I hardly did any pole but I am finally getting back to it. It was a busy and weird year since I signed up. Now I really want to carve out time and have started just doing simple things on the pole and doing the exercises here. I would love a beginners spin pole class. I am down to sign up for another year and take advatage of it this time. I started feeling kind of old at 54 but that’s no excuse and I want the strength training on top of the yoga practice I do.

I’d love an exotic programm too 🙂 Also a floorwork programm would be good (not sure if this was already mentioned)

I just finished exporting the Veena’s tips for each program! I also have 4 new level 2 combos/routines finished! I have all the intros to film and edit but it’s coming along!!!! I’m hoping to have all 3 programs ready by April.

I love these programs as I was stuck where to continue in my training after the 30 day take off and trying on my own I would always forget the Conditiining and strength. Look forward to many more
