Beginnner spin, does the dizziness get better?
I just started spin today, and the dizziness was really bad. Was wondering for others if this got any better further into spin? Or worse for anyone? I hope it does, my instructor said she found that eating foods before spin pole such as dairy, egg and milk products makes her more nauseous. Is this the same for anybody else?
Are there tips on how to recover from the dizziness? I know one tip is to stare directly at the pole, I tried that but I need something better! Drove home after class constantly burping as if I needed to vomit (luckily i didnt)
