Best studios in NYC for bachelorette parties?

A friend of mine in my former hometown of NY is getting married and a mutual friend is throwing her a bachelorette party. I want to give her a recommendation for a pole studio to have a party at, but I have no idea about the party end of things. I’ve never been in a bachelorette pole party as a student!

I know you all have your favorite studios for training, but have any of you been to a bachelorette party in a NY or Jersey studio and can make a recommendation? Favorite studios/instructors who can show some non-poling ladies a great night out?

They also mentioned they wouldn’t mind going to a lesbian strip club. I’m sure if such a thing exists it’s in NY, but for the life of me I have no idea where.

Exotic dance central does a lot of parties.. I would check out their reviews…

A girl I know is having her birthday at R-Bar in Nolita (I don’t know her well enough to get invited, I just heard about it because mutual friends know I’m into pole)… I mean its not a studio, and you’re not going to learn anything but from what I understand its a bar with poles. It’s where the Schtick a Pole in it event happens. Anyway it’s worth looking into.

Body Mind and Pole in Mineola, Long Island. I take classes there and also hav had a party there. Great people. Tell them Joan recommended you

FoxyFitness has both NY and NJ locations and are very reasonably priced.

Thanks for the input guys! I wish I could go with them…

@Allyson I did a photo shoot at R Bar shortly after they opened. I was going to play there with my band before I moved away, but we ended up booking somewhere else instead (Delancey I think). Would still be fun to play there sometime!

Yeah, we don’t do pole but we have lap, floor, twerking, and bj classes. We would love to help ya out. But for pole parties: body & pole, NY pole dance, foxy fitness, fly fitness, shockra and there are tons more right outside of the city!!
