I have been poling for about 6 months now and have noticed that none of my shirts fit anymore! Do yall have the same problem? My shirts are so tight in the arms and across the back, Ive had to donate several in the past few weeks. Is this just upper body muscle i’m building or do I need to get my diet in check?

Hello lats! Not a single button down I owned fit any loner and it is not because my boobs are any bigger! Inverting really made the change for me.

This happened to me too. Between biceps, lats, deltoids, and traps none of my pre-pole button up shirts and blouses fit! I’m close to having to go down a strap size in my bras though and my waist has shrunk significantly too. I’d put $$$ on it being muscles mass, not a diet issue. πŸ™‚ GO POLE!

Haha, I’ve been popping open a middle button between my boobs on my work shirts too!

If you look at my pictures you’ll see I have veryyyyy little in the way of boobage, and they aren’t getting any bigger (darn). Must be that muscle thing.

Thank goodness my lab coat covers me so no one gets a free peek πŸ™‚

Oh yeah, this is all muscle. Due to my sudden development of the lats… none of my bras fit! I’m actually breaking them. The mesh bit between the cups (which is supposed to be crazy strong) is literally shredding itself, which means I need to go up a band size!
None of these things surprise me anymore πŸ˜‰

Thanks so much ladies!! I just wanted to make sure this wasn’t just happening to me. I’m totally willing to accept it being pole, just wish i didn’t have to go buy so many more shirts! Guess it’s worth it to find a hobby/workout I love.
