Bodyflex program to lose weight
Hello everyone,
I've found the Bodyflex technique which it seems to help with loosing weight. The principle is based on a specific (I guess yogic) breathing while performing exercices. They should be done on a empty stomac +/- 20 min a day. The reason why it seems to work is that the oxygen burns the fat. When we saturate the body in oxygen, the fat burning process is accelerated.
