    Hey

I was just wondering if any of you ladies have messed up your implants from pole-ing..? I had my  boobs done last March so its almost been a year now!!! I LOVE my boobs they are my dream boobies so i dont want to do anything to jepordize the way they look! I have under the muscle saline implants and I have heard that if you work out your chest to much your implants will get further apart Does anyone know if this is true or not? Should I keep working out my chest to a minimum or pole-ing to a minimum? Im scared to mess them up they cost me a lot.

Have any of you ladies ruined your implants by pole-ing? Thanks!

I had my implants about 1.5 years before I started poling 8 months ago.  No changes in appearance so far.  However, I do feel them more (under my skin surface) as my weight fluctuates.  And you will probably appreciate massages more than ever as you progress to more advanced tricks (that require/build more pec strength).  Anticipating your next question:  I have 700ccs, which is considered large so if you've got your average 350cc or smaller you can probably put your mind to rest that you'll be fine.

Another tip:  you may also have to learn to loosen your grip as you begin one-handed spins to lessen the pressure on your chest as you engage that one arm from fingertips to lats 😉

I’ve noticed that I seem to be “aware” of my chest muscles too. It’s kind of a good reminder to engage other muscle groups.

I've been thinking about getting implants down the road, and was very fearful of what would happen with me pole dancing. Thanks for posting this! Now I'm not afraid anymore!
