Talk to your Dr first about it because every body & every Drs. opinion as to when its ok to get back to exercise, poling &/or weight lifting is different.
My boobies are under muscle saline & I’ve had them 3 yrs. I was given the ok at 8 weeks. But to be safe, I didn’t attempt any inverts until 10 weeks and I took it slow only doing 2-3 inverts per practice. Around 14 weeks, I was fully back on the pole-climbs, inverts, spins…back to normal. I’ve had no displacement issues or misshaping issues of the implants & I believe it’s because I didn’t rush back into heavy pole training & gave my body time to heal & get accustomed to the new body parts lol

Hey there! I have under muscle silicone implants but got those done before I even knew/discovered pole. I had a small re-do in October 2011 and started pole July 2012. I initially felt mild pulls here and there, and was pretty paranoid, but as my surrounding muscles strengthened, the pulls became less, and now I don't even know I have them! I'm climbing, inverting, spinning and doing many holds I never thought would be possible. Just take it slow, listen to your body. I'm glad I didnt attempt it before 9 months, but your body may be different. What exactly did you have done? A lift or implants? Under/over muscle?

Then again, might depend on the size? I only went from an average B to a small C, so not sure what happens to the really big ones, if it requires more downtime?

Oh and one more thing! I would recommend more than one layer up top to keep them adequately supported. I always wore/wear a bra under my sports tops for extra support/hold.

Oh and I always wear a sports bra to bed to keep them well supported and to help them keep their shape. Especially the first few months after your surgery. Even now 3 years later, I rarely sleep without at sports bra, I baby these puppies!

Thank you. I had my last implants for 16 years. I went with Gel ones this time. I had saline. The sports bra to sleep in is a good idea. Thanks. I am a 36D from a 34B. 6 weeks this week. Same size just differnt shape. I work out alot and the down time is killing me.

Yea, for sure. Better safe than sorry!!!! The reason I had to go in for a re do to begin with is cuz I started working out too soon. Was jumproping /trying to whip the rope over my head when I messed something up. Definitely give it time.
