Im defo in! Have concentrated on only side splits (which ive had great progress with) but as my middles have always been so bad ive completely avoided them. Regreting it now 🙁 cant even move my chest towards the floor in a small straddle. I need help! 🙂

Should we start a new thread? christmas tree splits 2013?? i am DESPERATE to get my splits…so i am definitely using this as a motivation!
ellieRox…i have not even considered my middle splits…i can barely even sit in a straddle with my back straight. i think that one's a hamstring issue ,which i'm REALLY hoping stretching for front splits will help with 🙁

I am very far away from splits also but I am in. This will give me the extra push to get my splits. And I definetly think we should start a new thread. I think more people will be interested and more willing to read and join.

Right come on who’s with me?! Lol it’s not too early to start this thread again is it 😉 so who’s up for the challenge again?
I lot my front splits due to injury in the spring all heel for summer now it’s autumn and I’m on my way again with stretching 🙂 still so close but not quiet there yet! -
I want to as well. I NEED to get back into a regular stretch routine.

I’m in. Is there a routine people are doing? I scrolled through but I didn’t see it.
I was already planning (hoping to start) doing Veena’s stretching lessons 3x a week…
or maybe do the splits in 6 weeks routine (but stretched only 3x a week and longer than 6 weeks).I haven’t watched Veena’s stretching videos yet, but I’m going to assume they are good. I’ve been meaning to… ya know, just so much to watch, so little time. 🙂
