My absolute favorite holiday, I AM IN, I am going to challenge myself to have my needle scale by then too! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gifhttps://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

Count me in! I probably won't hit the splits by then but I this will give me something to work towards 🙂

I’m in too. I was doing so good there for awhile but let myself slack off pretty badly. Will be nice to have some sort of accountability. 🙂

So last year did we discuss a program to follow to get them?? i.e which exercises to do and how often ?
-
I'm also curious to know what everyone's splits training regimen looks like!

I'm in!!! I think this is a great idea!! Would someone want to be my bendy buddy? We could email like once a week to keep tabs on our progress and offer support?? What kind of regimen are you guys thinking?? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

I was planning on following the Veena stretching lessons once a week for two weeks (just to get used to it), then twice a week for a few weeks before upping to three times/every other day. Hopefully I'll see progress with that!
I had a look at the splits in 6 weeks program (http://www.unique-bodyweight-exercises.com/splits.html) but I don't really want to stretch every day at first so might go to that when it's 6 weeks til xmas!

I'm happy to see that people have kept my idea https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
I've been off the pole for a while and stretching even more so i'm in too. I was so close last Christmas that i hope i can get it this time.

I’m in too. I was getting so close on my left side then I pulled my hamstring it’s starting to feel better though so maybe I can get back to progressing and I need a pic to put up on here anyways
