Well, despite my extreme busy-ness, I'm going to give this a try, too! Once the moving has happened (in like, a week and a half!) it will be a lot easier for me to pole, stretch and work out!

I can only do a straddle split and I can somehow fake a front split on my left side. So my goal is to fake a split on the right side and maybe then I will be able to do jade? So yeah, I'm in.

Yes, let's do bendy buddies! I'm usually available during the daytime anywhere from 7 am to 5 pm CST, but it varies (oh, retail…). How do we want to do this, teapartie?

I am SO busy this semester, not only do I have two part time jobs that equal a full time job, I took on a FULL teaching load as well! So my stretching will be few and far between but I know I will have my side split back soon. I think I am going to try for my middles but I think that is a long shot. I LOVE the idea of making ur own leg spreaders. I will be on the lookout for some crutches. And u ladies, get together and rock on!!!!!

How are you guys getting on with your stretching?
I completely forgot about it this week (we're house hunting and it's all got a bit stressful!) but I'm planning on stretching 2-3 times this week and hopefully will have the motivation to put my pole up too a couple of days 🙂

I stretched for about 35 min today. Still a while to get my splits back and KEEP them this time! But im gonna get em if it kills me!

What we should do is post when we are doing our warm up to stretch so if someone else out there that might be ready to join in would know. That way we can do random, spontaneous "stretching jams" 🙂

Not a bad idea. I'll pop in when I am stretching (after my nightly shower)
