Can I do it?
1) Run a 10 min mile..um..whew I am going to get my base time tommorow and see if I can cut it down to 10. I just have this sudden urge to start running.
2) Be able to do 20 push ups in a row. 15 max now.
3) Get the jacknife from the floor already!
That's it. That is the focus to build on.
