Thanks Saphyre. Oh no no no! Pole no more than 3 days a week? I do it almost everyday! Classes 3 days a week and I try to practise at home when I don't have classes. There are so many many holds, moves that I wanted to learn, it's like I'm playing catch up. I have just bought the joint supplement from Animal that echo234 recommended, hopefully that will help. I will now try to follow step 2-7. You guys are AMAZING! so darn AMAZING!

Pinkkupcukez, if you're having a lot of joint pain you may want to make sure you take your rest days. As Saphyre mentioned. Rest is equally important, you NEED rest for the body to repair it's self. If I doesn't have time to recover it will "break down" and force you to rest.
Don't worry about trying to catch up to anyone, there will always be someone ahead or better, out there. As long as you're seeing progress with your own journy that's all that matters. It's hard not to do though https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif
If you do conditioning exercises for your body you may not even need all of the braces once your body has become balanced and strong. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

Hi everyone….well I just ordered my pole and I can't wait to get it. I just turned 36 and started my fitness poling 2 weeks ago. I was an exotic dancer 14 years ago and I did it for 2 years….I remember that it was fun but most importantly I was in shape!! Now that my kids are 16..18..and 20, I want to get back in shape….currently I take 3 classes a week and practice 2 times a week. I am bruised and hurting, but when I look in the mirror I don't see bruised, I see pole kisses and I loved them!!!
