I got the same message. You simply need to download Adobe Flash player. See the YouTube video. After I did that, the videos opened just fine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s1k7gL0NSPg

Thanks, Colleen … I had done that, did it again, rebooted … still no luck.
Webbie’s been helping, but it’s a problem too obscure to resolve at this point. -
The good news is I JUST installed Chrome, and the videos run!
-
I am having the same issue now… never happened before. I don’t know what to do.
-
This generally happens when a browser plugin causes issues with the flash plugin.
Steps to resolve are to:
1) Try another browser
2) Try removing plugins in your primary browser
3) Try updating flash -
FYI I just started getting this error and its only happening on Safari on my computer can anyone confirm that is the case?
-
We’re having issues watching videos from other websites too using safari……it’s a new problem. I’m now using chrome!!!
-
Well, I downloaded google chrome and put that as my new default browser. The videos work again, goodbye Safari! Hello Chrome!
-
Safari has been very troublesome for the last six months. I started to notice issues with it completely dropping styles for some sites I visited often and its slowly progressed to videos becoming an issue. My current favorite browser is Chrome.
-
I found the solution. Recently Safari has defaulted to flash being off on all websites even if you install/reinstall it. To get videos working in Safari again:
1) Open the preferences pane
2) Select the security tab/icon
3) Click the plugin settings
4) Put a check in adobe flash player
5) Set any websites you see in the list to on
6) Set “When visiting other websites” to on
7) Select DoneThis fixes the issue. I have to say its frustrating that Safari has taken yet another step to obsoleting Flash which is still very much a viable technology for protecting videos.

Happened to me again. This time I just went to Chrome. No headaches with Chrome.
