Can’t even assemble NEW Xpert pole!!
Posted by Beautifulfreak on February 1, 2011 at 2:42 pmhttps://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_evil.gif I feel mad with rage and frustration!!!!
I have not a clue what im talking about and can't help myself. but the bottom half of the pole grabs the x-joint fine….the next long pole that I need to attatch to the x-joint wont tighten enough!!!
The manual says DO NOT FORCE….my instructor was just like "Lol for it! new poles are stiff!"
I'm sorry but im so frustrated right now i could scream!!

Your X-joint could be stripped. If it won't tighten at all, call Xpole and have them send you a new joint.

thank you i am going to try one for time. i am desperate to get this pole up!!
-
it tightens but as soon as i put it upright it comes loose! I don't know if im simply not tightening it enough! its between pole A and B 🙁
-
i fucking give up!!!! i have been at this fucking pole for 3 and a half hours!!! i can't even get it up!!! i am so angry frustrated and fed up! i want my fucking money back because for £200 its not worth the f-ing heart attack im about to have!!!!
-
No I did not. I wouldn't even know where to find it!
and i have watched plenty others….
-
Here's the video from their site. Did you see this one?
-
I am just finishing watching it but its too late at night and im too mad now!! but thank you. that video explains it far better than those bloody instructions! argh!!! i could spit blood i'm so mad!
-
Ya, the written instructions are a little confusing imo. When you do them side by side with the video it helps tho. Get some rest and try again tomorrow. 🙂

I watched the video on YT instead of reading the instructions. Im more a visual kind of person. Now it all makes perfect sense to me!

agreed. the manual is tuff to understand. i called xpole and they walked me thru the installation cuz i suck at putting stuff together. they were really good about it and stayed with me until i had it together. best advise is to take a break from it and call em as soon as u get a chance. the pole, imo, is well worth the frustration u will go thru as

You may be putting the joint in upside down? I had the same problem and I felt so dumb when I figured out what I was doing wrong.
-
Oooh, good point vanessa! Once I was using the shorter 7mm Xjoint that's meant for the very tippy top of the pole when added extensions are in place instead of the 8mm Xjoint. Once I grabbed the right joint, problem fixed.

well i didnt bother trying again…my mom's partner did however and i was correct. £200 and I have a faulty pole! just my luck! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_evil.gif
