Can’t seem to square my hips….
I am working on my back flexibility for the WeFly August challenge so I can finally get my Eagle. So I have been working on this pose (I hope the link works):
I feel like my hips are squared when I am in the pose but then when I look at it, I dont think they are? Can anyone give me any advice on this 🙁
Also! To get my leg straighter, is that something that would come with increased back flexibility? Or is it my splits? That one confuses me a bit too 🙁
