http://www.everythingpoledancing.com/product/kneepads I’m thinking about buying these for floorwork and choreography classes but I have no clue what size to get and there doesn’t seem to be any sizing info on the website. I just wondered if anybody had a pair and could advise me? I was going to go for small as I have fairly slim legs but on Amazon somebody mentioned buying the Small for their 10 year old so not sure that will work out! They also sell them in Large on Amazon and some people have said they’re perfect and some have said they’re too tight! Hmm. I’m also open to suggestions of other brands that can be ordered from the UK, if you have any!

I feel your pain. Amazon reviews can confuse things so much!!! I was looking at knee pads the other day, and someone reviewed them for their twig-like 13 year old daughter saying they fit great, then a grown man said they were too big on him. Hm. Doesn’t add up. In the end I got overwhelmed and I decided I might try and go to a dance or sporting goods store instead.

I work at a dance supply shop and we sell these. i’d go for size medium. Many of our customers found size small too tight. 🙂

I have these exact ones in medium and they fit fine!

Thanks so much guys!! Medium it is. Unfortunately they only sell small and large on Amazon, so I’ll have to go through Everything Pole Dancing to get mediums. Slightly wary as I’ve heard some not so great things but hopefully all will be fine!

Scrap that — I’ve found them on dancewearcentral.co.uk and they’re slightly cheaper. Result! Thanks again for your help everyone.

Update: they have arrived (very speedily) and they fit! They’re actually quite snug so I’m glad I didn’t get a small. Can’t wait to try out some floorwork in them — the only test I’ve been able to do so far is punching myself in the knee while wearing one and they seem pretty sturdy 😛
