My daughter just got a letter and bracelet sent from her step mom in Iraq (USAF) and I am touched and want to send her a care package to be from my daughter with a little influence and help from me as to  what to send. I know there are military and family on this site so maybe you can help me.   I want to send a few nice things that would be appreciated.  She is athletic and that is about as much as I know about her. My daughter could fill me in on fav candy/snacks. Do people send magazines and books? Maybe hair band/ties , a nike visor, ????Dunno, pls help:)

Comfort foods, books, magazines, pictures, and letters from home are great things for a care package. Whatever you send, she will appreciate and be touched by your gesture. As a former Army solider, thank you for supporting our troops!

    My partner is in Iraq…

Unfortunately I can't get a care package to him But I used to send him, Books. toiletries.. Sweets (no chocolate) due to the heat!  lol!  Letters from his daughter, photos, Books. Magazines. Cds..

Anything he needed I would send him , For a woman, try think what you would like.. Def toiletries, face moisterisers , mags, sweets ..

Lovely  Idea, we should all take time to do one care package and send it to Iraq of Afghanistan..
