Just came back from the doctors(been having weird wrist/hand/forearm/ pain for a few months). She thinks it is carpal tunnel(both hands). Sending me for some nerve testing and I have to wear wrist/forearm splints in the evening, and no poling for two weeks to see if it improves. Does anyone else suffer from Carpal tunnel, and how has it effected your poling. Mine does not seem to hurt while I am poling.

Hi Autumn. I’ve been suffering from carpal tunnel off and on for 27 years. As well as joint pain. When I first started poling, my joins and wrists were very sore. I am now using a Glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM liquid combination and Vitamin B6, which is great for carpal tunnel. Now I feel less pain in my wrists and joints. Lots of luck to you.

Thanks Kammy! I could not imagine having to give up pole, so I was hoping that I would still be able to pole with carpal tunnel.
