Okay so I have the concept of pushing myself up and out but I can’t slide my legs up the pole for some reason! I feel like I’m going to fall and the few times I’ve tried I have fallen so I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong. Is there a trick to sliding up or do you just have to hold on really tight? I really want to get this move so any advice would be awesome thanks everyone! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_albino.gif

Do you have a good solid grip with your legs? I sometimes have trouble with this when the pole is either too cold or my legs are too dry. Also make sure your hands are in the right place on the pole. Bottom arm in front of your head or shoulders, top arm at chest height.

Remember when your going up the pole with your caterpillar….you need to be pushing out and up then slide your legs. Never release your legs you’ll fall I know I’ve done it before. lol Its Kind of a two step process. Make sure you have the downward caterpillar well under control before trying to move up the pole. Maybe you already do? If you did a vid I could maybe help you more? Remember be https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_safesex.gif
