    Hi guys.

So I have been crazy desperate to get a pole for ages. The problem is, I have a suspended ceiling AND it is only just 7'. Its awful, I feel about ready to cry.

Do you think theres anyway I could get the X-stage lite (the one with the much smaller base!) and maybe modify it slightly ….cut the excess pole off so it actually fits in my room?

I know thats quite tragic, to cut off all that pole, especially as it is so expensive, but I really see no other solution and I'm desperate, I used to pole so much and now I haven't for ages.

Honestly there is absoloutly nowhere else I can put it, I only have one room, no living room, and I will not be moving anytime soon, the rent is cheap and I love my housemates.

I just need advice on whether you guys think it would actually be possible…

    Thanks

    xxx

I know how you feel… When I moved into my new place I went from having a 10ft ceiling with a whole wall of mirror to an 8ft vaulted ceiling! Ugh!!!! The only place with flat ceiling was in my kitchen on linoleum flooring:( I was used to falling on carpet so needless to say I’m also in a bind. Just letting you know you aren’t alone. I feel for you girl, I know it sucks. Best of luck to your situation.

I know they tell you how to cut it down in the instruction video. Give Xpole a call and see what they recommend.

If I’m not mistaking, you can purchase a smaller size extension to use with the stage. Something I was thinking of doing myself.

OH wow really? that would be awesome, then if I DID move, I could always use the bigger one. That would make me feel loads better because I would know I wasnt sawing my £500 pole into pieces hahahaha.

Wow, I'm excited, I'm going to call up xpole tomorrow. Thanks guys! xxxxx
