    Hi my Fellow Polers!!!

I am back. I had a question last week in regards to adding a chair dance routine to my set of classes. I appreciated all the responses. Well the classes went so well that I went from 4 students last week to 8 this week and one more additional class! Can you believe it?! I was holding back on teaching chair dance because as a student I personally did not love it. However, I have realized with the right song and the right routine it's so much FUN!!! I love teaching chair.

Quick Question: My routine consist of starting off on the pole, however, I only have 4 poles. The only thing that they do on the pole is a sexy squat any ideas on what I can have the four other ladies do while the 4 ladies are on the pole? I was thinking maybe I can have them do a floor routine and we can alternate when we try the routine over. What do you guys think? Any ideas is much appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Pole Pixie!

There's a lot of transition type moves that can be done equally well with a wall as with a pole. Leaning against it while you do a sexy squat would definitely qualify.

Thanks @https://www.studioveena.com/users/view/bc6a50ae-d89d-11df-ab19-12313b090e12https://www.studioveena.com/users/view/bc6a50ae-d89d-11df-ab19-12313b090e12I thought about that, but this studio (that I rent) has so many mirrors every inch of the walls are covered with mirrors afraid they might break/shatter. Should I not be worried about that?

I wouldn't worry about breaking any mirrors unless they are not fixed to the wall. The studio I once attended had girls lined up against the mirrors doing sexy squats and they encouraged us to get the mirrors dirty with our finger prints etc. You really don't need the pole for squats and stuff like Kasanya said, mirrors and walls work just fine!

You could have them hold onto the backs of their chairs to do the sexy squat as well.

So glad you're enjoying the chair dancing – my students absolutely love it, and it's such fun to choreograph!
