Chobani ‘Mousse’ Recipe
Hello all,
I like the high protein and probiotics of greek yogurt but I pretty much hate the taste and texture of all yogurt. I came up with a way that I can eat it without gagging and wanted to share for any one that might be finicky like me.
1 Chobani Champions Vanilla Chocolate Chunk (smaller container, marketed for kids)
1 TBSP Vega Chocolate Shake N Go Protein Powder
1 TBSP PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
1/2 Banana
Put Yogurt, Protein, PB2 in bowl and mix up.
Slice banana on top.
It ends up being a thick mousse like consistency. If you have any similar ways to mask yogurt… please share!
