  Combo Moves

  I would like to see a pole spin category on combo spins. Veena will you sometime in the near future post combo spins. If I missed them posted in the lesson section I apologize.

  I'd LOVE something like this too it would be fun & helpful to many of us I think I know I sure could use some ideas…maybe even a beginner combo section, interm combo section and Advanced combo section. That way people can play around with different combos according to their level or mix and match from each section to create their own routines.
