Company name – help!!

Hi

I've been instructing pole and burlesque parties for a year or so now and really want to set up by myself. My current company basically is all about the money and they don't always care about the hens' experience (I've had feather boas that are pieces of string with the odd feather on – seriously!!) and I really want to give a really fun, good quality hen experience and the girls always have fun in my classes so hopefully should be ok!!

I'm hoping to get my pole qualification in March and sorting everything out but I'm really struggling with a name and was wondering if people could give some feedback. I've asked friends but had a mixed response and some would probably never even consider pole/burlesque so not sure if their opinions count!

Anyway, I want to do parties that cover the fitness element but are sexy – at the end of the day most hens seem to love a bit of the sexy and glamourous element but for pole they do love the tricks too!

My main runners are:

Risque Dance (most people love this but some think it sounds sleazy, but I was thinking it's a bit tongue in cheek and it's my favourite despite me having a gymnastics background and getting into pole because of the fitness stuff!)

P'zazz Dance

Juicy Dance

Viva Dance

Dance Viva

Mojo Dance

Venus Dance

(Any of the above could have Dance and Fitness or Parties after instead).

Any help would be really appreciated!! Or any better suggestions would always be appreciated!

I like most of them, but with the P'Zazz one, how about PoleZazz? Polezazz Fitness, Polezazz Dance, it kinda works for me, but I am not always the one to go by on these things, lol!

Thanks for everyone's help!!

I've just looked and didn't think to double check from the last time I looked but vivadance.co.uk is taken and even if I went for something else I'm not sure that I wouldn't be sued for passing off and stealing their customers!

Thanks Madfelice, PoleZazz is really good but because I'll be doing burlesque parties too I kind of want to keep pole out. If I finally make it good enough to open my own studio then that's a good idea though!

And I'm doing the Pole Passion qualification Pip – they do a northern nenue now too which is good!!

Oh and I meant to say does Risque Dance put anyone off or make them think strippers club?! I've registered this domain already but then started to panic in case it was a bit too suggestive!! x

I personally don't think there's anything wrong with Risque Dance, I kind of like it, but I'm not sure if it would put off women who are already uncomfortable about trying out burlesque for the first time…it's hard to say.

but other than that I don't think it's too sugestive and I don't think it sounds like a stripper's club, lol, so if you really like that name i think you should go for it 🙂

As Viva Dance was taken I've gone with Venus Dance. I'll let you all know how I get on.

You're English, and it's about the "hens" so how about " Bird's of a Feather Dance Fitness Parties"

Thanks for the heads up! I've changed it now – still got the venus in it but completely different! x
