  Condensation

  Hi, i have a problem in my flat… It's very very cold and yesterday when i was practicing forearm stand i see that in the base of the pole starts to have condensation :-s And it's the problem i have in all the pole.

  I have a cork tile under the base of the pole to isolate pole from the cold…

  Can you give me some tip to prevent the condensation on the pole? It make hard to have grip when i use…

  The only two things that will prevent this is to keep the room warmer or buy a dehumidifier.
