Conservative Floor Work
Hello,
I am trying to find ideas for floor work on youtube, I am floor work r-tarded, I have never enjoyed doing it, but it is a requirement for USPDF. I am looking for videos that are conservative and maybe involve a little contortion. I just don’t want it to look too sexy, that’s not my thing.
If anyone can help me, I will love you forever!

Look up for jazz dance and rhythmic gymnastic videos. You may find original stuff, not too sexy, definitly not slutty.

I’d like to add modern/contemporary dance to that for even more ideas.

I can make a video later today of some very conservative, more modern dance based stuff we do. I am so not flexible so don’t laugh at me but I think a lot of it would look good on you.
