i think ballerina to chopstix is cool looking, fun, and not too hard.

Oh, I'm going to try that at work!
I really love spin combos. I am terrible at them, though. I really like oona spin (which all the way into butterfly isn't as hard as it looks) and the ballerina spin combo on Veena's static spins-only video 😛

Starting at about 1:30-1:38
fireman –> back hook –> ballerina

Also, I really like the combo Anastasia does in her new pole passion video

from 1:03-1:12, but you can cut it short after she does the roll down thing to standing at 1:08. Or even at the shoulder mount. Hm. Possibilities 😛

Here's a very advanced combo. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=miehizFYT6k&list=UUup79MtZnWP_SCAHeVlmzdQ&index=21

Veena, what kind of pole are you using in that combo video? & how tall is it?
That is an Awesome combo!!

That was in my old space, it’s an old tg xpole top loading, it was about 14 ft tall!!!!

I really want to hit the cradle spin into a butterfly. I am working on my splits. When I extend out of the cradle too opev V I just don’t have the ability to hook my leg to position myself :((

Yay, these are all great:) Exactly what I was looking for…

Here's a combo I was working on awhile ago – sm walk up to blahtyblahblah. lol! My apologies its not clean because I decided I don't look in flexed feet and never worked on it again haha.

iAries–I struggled with the cradle (or apprentice) to butterfly. I thought it was my flexibility. However, I had an instructor give me a few good pointers. Once you get in the cradle drop both hands some. You can't get your leg above your top hand if it is really high. Dropping your lower hand allows you to lean back. That's the second tip. Lean your torso away from the pole so that it is basically parallel to the floor. Then it's much easier to get your leg up to the pole.
If you have someone to spot you, it gives you some time to play with these adjustments before you get too tired.
Hope that helps
