Veena, can you do a lesson video for the allegra?
My attempts at trying it left a big bruise on my ribs and I still didn’t stay up in position. It’s almost as if I can’t arch my back enough to grab the pole behind my knee and when I do, it hurts. I must be doing something wrong. -

If you go into it from a flatline, it moves the pole from your ribs to the nice squishy organs. =)

I agree! Tried it last night and was surprised how easy it was to get into. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif But I am very tall which I think helps. I got into it three or four times but on the last attempt discovered my right inner thigh was REALLY sore and couldn’t do it another time. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mad.gif Today I have discovered that this is a move that hurts more later than at the time! Back feels like it’s been hit by an iron pipe (erm that would be the pole) and right inner thigh is like beginner sore all over again. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumbdown.gif But the move is so cool and so pretty!!! I was trying to get into this from a Gemini lastnight and couldn’t figure out what the hell I was doing wrong. Duh. I need to do it from a Scorpio.
