    Recently, I've been trying to step up my core conditioning, so that I can ever get to the point where I can do an Iron X or a deadlift.  It occured to me the other day to make a movie of the core conditioning excercises I do, and some variations of them for different levels of conditioning, in the hopes that others would share what they do. I would love to see your movies or hear about what you do for core conditioning. Also, if you have any advice about what you see in the video, please feel free to comment. I'm looking for anything that will get me to the "next level" in terms of core strength.

    Someone stronger than me will have to come along to give you ideas for your next steps. But your video is a great resource for someone like me! Thanks! I already do a lot of basic core exercises, but I'm not seeing the gains I would like. You showed off a lot of interesting advanced variations that I will have to try during my next workouts.

    I can't upload it as a video on Studio Veena, because I'm pretty sure it would count as a tutorial, in which case it must be posted from an external website. I'm sorry you had difficulty watching it.

    It’s probably the song. If you change or remove the music it will probably work on mobile.

    i have stole a few of yours lol. i do sit ups on pole. i also do wriststand up n down with out touching floor. then another i do is lie on the floor as doing shoulder mount lift legs strsight then tuck then push into air if you get what i mean. another good exersise i like is burpese xxx
