Core Rhythms for Sale or Trade
I have a BUNCH of Core Rhythms DVDs I'd be willing to sell or trade. I hunted down just about every disc they ever made, before I found hooping and pole, I lost a lot of weight with them, and really build some lean dancing muscles. I just feel I have most of the routines and combos memorized, I have more fun mixing and matching what I learned from them to latin beats. Make me an offer if interested. Located in Richmond, VA, will ship. Do NOT have the diet plan pamplet that came with the DVDs (it wasn't that great anyway lol). Thanks!
