You can find a great Crash Mat with YogaDirect (www.YogaDirect.com). They come in different colors and hight…Mine is red, 4″ high and attach at center with a sturdy velcro , and purchased 2 years ago. Each half bends in the middle for easier storage and I believe they sale a carry-on bag for it. It is bulky so I carry each halve under my arms. If you are using shoes while practicing, put, or purchase, a round yoga mat on top to protect it….There are other brands , but the best one I have seen is this one so far. Happy Poling!

Mighty grip sells the 4 in mats…they are good and decent price. I have noticed if you ever have a problem with their product they are good at trying to help resolve.
