Thanks for all of the feedback. Seeing as I've posted numerous videos over the last few years on here, it's clear the benefits outweight the risks for me.

So for now… I guess I'll just keep my finger on the "Contact Us" trigger should any issues "arise" <– lulz…

May I just say you have creepy people everywhere at work at the gym at the pool just don't put anything up that you don't want the world to see I love to watch everyone videos cause they make me work harder and they give me a different look at moves and other things this is just my opinion.

It's true that there are creepy people EVERYWHERE…but it would still be nice to have a privacy setting similar to FB https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif , then the people who wants to share it with the world can still do it…and the ones who only wants to share it with their friends can have that option too https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif… Just an idea https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

I have to say I wouldn't have found and started poling without his web site…..and I also understand creepy creepsters….but they will find what thwy want to see in just a woman walking down the street. The internet is scary and I think my girls are less aware than me. I mean I found the front of my house on google with my grandson in front  of it, my name, income and how much I paid for it. Turns out a real estate agent took pictures of homes in the area with addresses and a company got them and tracked down property info and posted in their for pay services to get info on someone. I found a site to block all my info but another will pop up.

I was scared to post my videos for several reasons but now I think maybe someone new will see I got brave when I was beginner. I guess I would rather a poling lurker seeing me on the internet than lurkong outside my window although I'm a little older than most of you so you probably draw more whackos than I ever have to worry about. On my feedback. Only my friends can see my info, videos, photos or comments. I have some that are on friends lists for crafting, politics and other reasons that are limited in what they see. (I did remove a couple of videos on SV because of custody issues in the family…..sad I know but you have to pick your battles  🙂

one day maybe this will become so mainstream people don't look at the same. But I always wonder how bad is a guys life if he can't go to a porno site, sex chat room or to a local gentlemen's club??? I mean its everywhere and someone has misdirected him if he or she thinks this site is their answer. Just sayin'.

and I did get a little tickled about the feet videos….there are certainly a wide range with a lot of imagination and talk about great looking feet…..well….i think that applies to everyone here.  😉

I have to say that this is the only place I feel comfortable posting pole videos, except the occasional ' look what I'm doing now' video on a forum I have been on for years with a small, active community of members whom I have chatted with since I was 15. I do not post on YT because I do not have the patience to deal with "hey, can u do dat on my pole hee he hee,' or 'omg how can u be such a fat whore?' or my personal favorite 'omg, i'm 13 and i've never been on a pole b4 and i can do that way better and sexier than u.' I don't want to block comments, however, because I do want the helpful ones to come through–that's why I post videos in the first place–for encouragement and for tips if there is a move I'm struggling with, and I know that I can do so here and get positive feedback and constructive criticism instead of a bunch of dumbasses with too much time on their hands.

I think the videos and the pictures are the best part of this site, because I love watching other members progress and I also love watching you sexy ladies move because it gives me new ideas and inspires me to get back to it when I'm feeling frustrated with my sweaty hands and my slippery pole. I trust Veena and Webmaster to very quickly take care of any pervos, and like has already been mentioned, you will encounter creeps anywhere you go. I had a much older guy basically stalking me for a little while, and he was someone I met here in town, at my karate dojo and had known for a year or so before the issues started. I'm a lot less concerned about some random weirdo who doesn't know where I live getting his jollies in watching me swing around a metal object.

Yeah, this last challenge totally looks like pure pornography to me.  With some of y'all doubling up your videos on youtube, I've no doubt there will be a rise in creepers.

Unfortunately, there are creepers everywhere and they find everything sexy, so unless you intend to do nothing (and some of them will find that sexy) there's nothing you can do about it.

I don't have a pic or much info in my profile. I just love pole dancing and none of my friends share this interest so it's nice to have a place to come to where other people enjoy it too. I like the videos because they give me new ideas, goals and inspiration.

For those that like more privacy there's always the option of a private youtube account where you can choose who can see your uploads and it's not open to the public. I don't know if I haven't been on this site enough but I really don't notice any scary types saying things especially compared to some of the comments I see on the youtube pole vids.  I agree with amcut when she says Unfortunately, there are creepers everywhere and they find everything sexy, so unless you intend to do nothing (and some of them will find that sexy) there's nothing you can do about it.

Later when I do a video that I'm not to shy to post I will be okay with it being in this public forum as long as there are moderators to deter from posting inappropriate comments or removing members who use the site to harass others. Also I'd like to add that I'm not a creepy creeper I swear! lol

I think if someone was looking for free porn they'd probably go to a free porn site.  There's not really a shortage of those on the web.  Anyway, if voyeuristic lurkers are hanging out on studioveena it's no different than the creepy guy at the grocery store checking me out.

I was thinking about this yeasterday and was wondering if it would be possible to get a setting to where our posts are not visible in general search engines? Basically, only SV members can see the posts if we have it set to private?
