    I love yoga for both flexibility and strength as well as a whole body workout. I also train in Aikido, a martial art a lot like judo. As part of our training we work with boken, or wooden swords. Sword cuts are the best exercise that I have found for grip and forearm strength. I also do a lot of walking and hiking.
